We are currently shipping in the continental United States only.  All dry goods are always shipped separately from fish, or plant orders.  When needed; a heat pack will be added to fish orders without additional costs to you. We cannot ship any fish or plants to a post office box or an APO address. If special arrangements are needed, please email our customer service at customerservice@angelfishandmore.com

Shipping Fish

We ship our fish Monday – Friday all year round with exceptions to any holidays.  All fish orders are shipped overnight by federal express or USPS.  Large orders can be shipped on Delta dash for a same day delivery, but, you will have to go to your airport and pick them up.  The shipping rates are calculated by weight and distance your order will travel.  All fish orders are always shipped separately from any plant and/or dry good orders. Each box is packed by experience professionals that take extra care to insure your fish will arrive healthy.  We will enclose an acclamation instruction sheet with every fish order. We have a $5.00 box fee for any fish orders under $45.00.  Someone must be present to sign for your arriving fish delivery.  See our guarantee.

Shipping Plants

Our plant orders are shipped on Mondays – Wednesday by USPS 2 day express, all year round with exceptions to any holidays.  There is a $5.00 box fee on all plant orders. Plant orders are always shipped separately from any fish and/or dry good orders.

Shipping Dry Goods

All dry goods are shipped UPS ground Monday through Friday all year round with exceptions to holidays.  The price is calculated by the amount purchased.

Shipping Local

For local deliveries, there is a flat rate of $20.00 this includes, box fee and delivery charges. We deliver Monday – Saturdays except on any holidays.  Contact our customer service to arrange for a delivery time and day.  You can also pick-up your order to save on delivery charges.  Pet shop deliveries, contact our Customer Service at 734-765-2491 before 9 PM EST.

Please Note:

When ordering through PayPal  your Order will NOT show any amount for shipping charges or Michigan sales tax if order is to be shipped to Michigan.   Your order will only show the total amount for your angelfish and or accessories.  Upon receipt of your order from PayPal, we will calculate the correct shipping amount for your total order and Michigan sales tax if applicable.  We will then send you a payment request via PayPal for the shipping and or Michigan sales tax due.

We want to be fair to you and we do not want to make a profit off shipping charges.  By doing your order in this matter, you can be assured you are not over paying for shipping.
